Polypropylen Meshes

The meshes are wide-meshed enabling a fast ingrowth of cells and catering for good bidirectional elasticity. The meshes are easy to cut to size without the cut edges fraying.

SWING-MESH® SMH
The ultra-light SMH mesh is distinguished by excellent mechanical properties. It absorbs multidirectional forces very well. The SMH is mainly used for the open and laporoscopic treatment of inguinal hernias.

SWING-MESH® SMH2
The medium-weight SMH2 mesh combines excellent mechanical properties with a soft surface exceptional for a polypropylene mesh. With its proved memory effect, it is predestined for the laparoscopic and endoscopic treatment of inguinal hernias. It adapts to the anatomy and can be perfectly positioned. Irritations are prevented thanks to the gentle surface. These properties of the structure as well as the excellent multidirectional properties create the best preconditions for its use in the open treatment of abdominal wall and inguinal hernias.

SWING-MESH® SMX
The heavy SMX mesh can absorb enormous multidirectional forces. It is mainly used in the open treatment of large and complex abdominal wall hernias.  

SWING-MESH® SMP
The plug made from SMX mesh can easily be put into shape and placed in the inguinal canal. The mesh included serves the stabilization of the abdominal wall.
